D Unknoen's Blogs Friday, January 26, 2018 Is it Really Californication or just a spin off of Ridiculousness? A bag at the grocery store will cost you ten cents and its paper. For years plastic bags supposedly suffocated fish but millions of trees were sacrificed within the State to produce paper bags which are supposedly better for the environment. The state of California ridicules both Independants not settling under Democratic taper and Republicans both. The letter of the law for most towns and counties require registration or detaining by deputies by every resident or anyone visiting for more than two weeks and Police have the right to stop someone on the basis of appearance and run identification because of personal preferance. The state mandated a legal secession on the up and coming 2018 from an actual place in the Union; establishing California as its own federal government with its own military and federal laws but it was mainly shut down when the underground news announced that the founders of the 'Yes California' movement moved from Buffalo NY to Moscow. Now the democrats are after a new bill; one that promotes regulation of both environmental precautionary measures and the food service industry together. A bill that will, if adapted, enable you to call the police right from the restaurant booth you sit in and arrest your waiter and waitress if they happen to offer you a plastic drinking straw. If a server happens to offer a straw the police can arrest the server without question according to the bill and impose a 1000 dollar fine or a 6 month prison term which in places like Santa Monica West LA or Santa Barbara fit right in. Prisons filled with hardened criminals , jaywalkers and gangrine, sherrifs deputies that pop right out of a muscle mag and female counterparts who would all appear as the memorable bootie in a rap music video as well as gangs and soft core homos offerit up to you all because as a lowly waiter, you offered out of habit , a drinking straw to a coke drinking customer days after the mandate. California brags about serving Pepsi but is has the grimiest slimiest Coke machines left over from the 70s. The new bill imposes by the Democratic majority is up for proposal imposed by Dem Ian Calderon known as Assembly Bill 1884 is seen as "a simple way for consumers to change their plastic use behavior.” And "We need to create awareness around the issue of one-time use plastic straws and its detrimental effects on our landfills, waterways, and oceans” chimes in similar to the measure a few years ago that required patrons to cut back on plastic bag usage by applying a ten cent charge to each bag used at check out. The bills impose a measure on peoples personal consumer habits with criminal penalties. However it rings similarly to a bill proposed by NY Mayor Bloomberg to outlaw large sugary sodas above 16 oz. However in the 1990s small beverage cups upped to 20 oz and then leaped to 24 oz in most fast food establishments making the 16 oz soda obsolete; along with bottles that left the 16 oz realm nearly 20 years ago he would have had to combat with manufacturers to sell and produce 16 oz containers if the measure was not overthrown . Why do dems want to focus on peoples personal lives and habits in a republic and a democracy? When the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Gores (in 1982) and created Censorship warnings on albums in music the dems and Tipper Gore regarded it as a loss because they wanted heavy metal and rock and roll eliminated completely. Twenty years later Tower and Virgin record stores faked an economic collapse before getting hit with the recession and the introduction of digital markets which in turn led to the elimination of the mp3 player a few years later ; when Apple, a company that sold itself to China out of the US eliminating thousands of jobs in the early 2000s, purchased the patent to mp3 players and then discontinued the ipod. It seems to me that since Mexico has become independant and is no longer socialist after a civil war in regards to that matter , the left over communists have purchased visas and moved to California, not on passports and ss cards made through fakes and machines at the local Jack in the Box? The dems push for illegal transactions illegal immigration illegal documents at all corners and move and launder money through businesses privately run in the US and abroad. Dems time and again force their ways through affirmative action and threats of violence against loving Americans because they are cowards filled with fear. The Obama administration arrested thousands of independants the days before his election and sought to hide the fact that financial fraud and illegal philosophy were destroying the constitution in order to forward the democratic agenda to establish a covert operations scheme within the US. Ghetto youth still cry at the loss of Hillary Clinton because they are taught that she will give them free preference when in fact she wouldnt have. People have run from gang task forces in California placing anyone who believed in some sort of gang affiliation on permanant lists and into prison. Arson is rampant destroying millions of acres and nearly hundred thousand homes, earthquakes now trickle through as the state tries to claim independance from a republic to which it has never fully been apart. I am still a registered Independant proudly in the City of NY. But what does that prove?
